Weightlifters, bodybuilders and powerlifters alike all find a home in our 9,000 sq.ft. facility. With friendly staff, expert PT’s available and a host of speciality equipment, Güdlift could be just the gym you need to make your training goals a reality.

Great gym for doing bodybuilding training, strength and conditioning and powerlifting. Powerlifting area has a lot of top level comp spec equipment including an Eleiko combo rack, bars and calibrated plates. Would recommend especially for any powerlifters who are doing their comp prep training.
