Owner of Gudlift Gym
The founder of Gudlift Gym, known as a S&C coach and physical specialist. Rob has a high level of knowledge around corrective exercises, postural analysis and hormonal imbalances. He has also been a competitive natural bodybuilder, Olympic weightlifter and has successfully prepared his clients before him for competitive bodybuilding, physique and weightlifting events.

Jake is a natural bodybuilder who competes accross multiple federations including the BNBF and NPC. He has over 10 years of experience working with clients of all abilities but is more inclined toward long-term transformations; muscle building, fat loss and core strength. He is also level 4 qualified, specialising in lower back pain and GP exercise referral.

Today after almost 30 years of regular training and 10 years of coaching, I still continue to learn even more to help my clients reach their fitness goals in most effective way.

She’s the master of clinical nutrition and metabolic disorders and she’s also a gym freak” In her point of view – the most important rule is balance and connection beetwen these two fields – nutrition and workouts = healthy and strong body !

I am an active competing powerlifter myself, so feel safe in the knowledge that I practice what I preach and have hands on experience in the sport. Although this isn’t essential, it is a huge benefit to the people that I train.

From graduating university with honours in sports science to working as a strength and conditioning coach for Burnley FC, I have expanded my knowledge beyond that of a personal trainer. I pride myself on staying up-to-date with current fitness and nutritional research so I am able to offer the best advice to the clients I have the pleasure working with.
